Vitalcare signs up to a Code of Conduct which we will always consciously uphold, both in our dealings with Customers and Suppliers alike Our code, like that of the NHS Supply Chain is based on the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply's Professional Code of Ethics and covers:

  • Maintaining integrity in business relationships
  • Rejecting improper business practice.
  • Declaring any potential personal or business conflicts of interest.
  • Acquiring and maintaining latest standards of technical knowledge and ethical behaviour.

Although you’ll know our clients, you may not have heard of us - but there’s a good reason for this. Nearly all of our products are own-branded for our customers, with us operating as a seamless part of their team. We deliver quality products on time and on spec, and usually at a considerably lower unit and overall cost than in-house or other contract manufacturers.

Our collaborative model means that whilst we do the manufacturing within agreed specifications, our clients remain in control.

By working very closely with brand-owners and local production staff, we have developed a high quality portfolio of products in the Urology sector, many of which are being used in their thousands in Primary and Secondary Care facilities, in the UK and throughout the rest of the world.

We manufacture a variety of urology products for some of Europe’s largest and most successful healthcare companies. Some of our customers include Coloplast, Manfred Sauer and Jade Euro-Med. These are companies that have a reputation for providing their customers with products of exceptional quality and reliability.
